Our agency began working with her over 15 years ago, and she's been a consistent support to us even when she moved her household from one state to another, and went through a hurricane evacuation (she was emailing from the hotel they were staying in, can you believe it?!). Now THAT is dedication, it was amazing and all done with no complaint whatsoever. Due to a networking relationship we did have to place a few orders through another vendor who prided themselves on customer service, but it was a nightmare of back and forth. The staff actually asked me if they could PLEASE go back to working with April. I just wanted to take a minute to say that April has serviced our volleyball club for many years and never once has she disappointed us. Not only does she always seek the best value, top quality, and awesome design input but also stands behind her product better than anyone I know in this business. As an owner of my own business which represents products manufactured by someone else, I fully understand the difficulty when dealing with an issue happening at the manufacturing level. Yet, April always comes through with the customer first mentality. This season we ordered nearly 130 full sets of uniform jerseys. About 2 months into the season, a few became faded. I thought maybe the kids didn't care for them properly. April did not settle for that answer and sought a better reasoning from the manufacturer. As a result, it was discovered there was an issue with the dye sublimimation applied and she actually replaced every single uniform in the club. This is just one example of her going above and beyond. Whenever I contact her, I feel like I'm her only customer. Her responses are quick and satisfying. Oh, and by the way, her organization in the way she packages, delivers, and organizes large orders is second to none and always on time. Thank you Panda Promos!!!
